CEO & Founder

Kuba Jewgieniew is the CEO And Founder of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest growing franchisors in the industry. The product of Polish-born parents who raised him to be curious, driven and passionate, Kuba wasn’t satisfied with a lucrative career as a financial planner and portfolio manager or as a successful real estate agent, closing $30 million in sales in his first year.

So, he started Realty ONE Group in 2005 with a 100%-commission model and an emphasis on innovation, disruption and fun. He’s won numerous awards and has been recognized for his innovative thinking and leadership. And, with a dynamic leadership team and leagues of committed followers, Realty ONE Group plans to open offices around the world, bettering communities and lives everywhere, leaving a legacy for generations.

I am a Real Estate Broker with a passion for helping people develop a fulfilling career. With 24 years of experience in all things real estate , I have honed my skills and knowledge to provide a solid platform for real estate agents to build the business of their dreams.

My mission is to help Real Estate Agents and Investors build saleable businesses and wealth through real estate.

I am dedicated to coaching/training/mentoring others to not only be millionaire real estate agents, but to be millionaires.

I believe that everyone is capable of achieving greatness.
